The length of the clips is fixed through music.

Is the song fast at one point? Then the clip is short (e.g. 2s).
Is the song quiet? The clip is then long (for example 4s).

Your favorite picture (e.g. the fireplace) ended up in a quick 2-second gap and is whizzing by far too quickly?
Since the music sets the beat, you can't simply drag the clip longer at this point.

But here's the trick:
Search the timeline for a “seat” that takes longer!

This is how you recognize long slots: Look for the seconds display at the bottom right or look out for the star icon (★) bottom left. The star marks my extra highlights.
The solution: Grab your fireplace picture and simply drag and drop it onto this long star slot. Your highlight already has the stage it deserves!
